I'm Lara.

I've spent over a decade working in property development — designing, delivering, and obsessing over the details of high-end spaces — with a background in events management that turned out to be surprisingly good training for both.

My career began at a London real estate development company, where I progressed to Director level, overseeing projects from concept through to completion. I learned that the difference between a good space and an extraordinary one almost always comes down to how thoughtfully the finishing moments are considered.

In 2024, I designed and project-managed my own luxury chalet in Morzine — Chalet La Rive — from raw shell to finished rental property. Living in the Alps year-round and launching my development and hospitality business, Bolobo, gave me something I hadn't expected: a growing frustration that so many beautiful chalets, hotels and restaurants were left to their own devices at Christmas.

I saw an opportunity to bring genuinely world-class festive design to the Alps. Noël d'Altitude was the answer to that frustration.

Every installation is designed by me and delivered by our small, expert team who share the same standards. I lead every client relationship personally and stay closely involved at every stage — from the first consultation through to the moment the last detail is in place. What you get is the creative vision and rigour of a luxury developer and designer, backed by a team built to deliver it at scale.
